Caseificio Brusati only processes milk produced in farms that follow the CReNBA protocols in order to guarantee the animal welfare. Our purpose is to produce cheese without “trampling on animal rights” as we truly believe that the animals are the most important players in our production chain.
Caseificio Brusati has been producing Gorgonzola DOP, Taleggio DOP, Cow and Goat milk Caciotte, and Goat Blue cheese for over three generations with the traditional method known as “A caldaietta”. This method, combined with the passion of our staff, allows us to obtain one of the highest quality product on the market.
